Quarterbacks Josh Allen and Mitchell Trubisky were among those injured Sunday afternoon in Week 4 of the NFL season. Here’s a recap of the injuries to players across the league and how it could impact fantasy football:

Josh Allen, QB, Buffalo Bills

Bills quarterback Josh Allen is in the concussion protocol after taking a violent helmet-to-helmet hit from Patriots cornerback Jonathan Jones. It appeared serious, but Allen eventually ran off the field and into the injury tent on the sidelines. Before exiting the game, Allen had completed 13-of-39 attempts for 153 yards and four turnovers. Allen was replaced by backup quarterback Matt Barkley, who went 9-of-16 with 127 yards and one interception. Of course Barkley would be a downgrade for the entire Buffalo offense if Allen does not recover in time for their Week 5 matchup in Tennessee.

Mitchell Trubisky, QB, Chicago Bears

Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky fell on his arm after being strip-sacked by Vikings defensive end Danielle Hunter. He immediately went to the medical tent, then exited the game while holding his arm. He was ruled out for return and was replaced by backup quarterback Chase Daniel. The extent of Trubisky’s injury is not yet known, Chicago head coach Matt Nagy told reporters.

T.J. Hockenson, TE, Detroit Lions

Hockenson was carted off the field during the 3rd quarter after suffering a concussion and shoulder injury. The rookie tight end attempted to hurdle over Chiefs safety Tyrann Mathieu, but fell on his shoulder, went limp, and was down on the field for a while before being able to sit up. Lions head coach Matt Patricia confirmed after the game that Hockenson had sustained concussion, but did not go to the hospital. Jesse James had one target on the day and would take over at tight end if Hockenson misses time.

Marlon Mack, RB, Indianapolis Colts

Colts running back Marlon Mack left Sunday’s game with an ankle injury. He had 11 attempts for 39 yards before exiting during the fourth quarter. Nyheim Hines, who is more of a pass catching back, could see an increased workload, but is not likely to take over a feature role in this offense.

Jarvis Landry, WR, Cleveland Browns

The Browns slot receiver suffered a concussion on the two-yard line during the third quarter. Before exiting the game, Landry caught a career-best eight of 10 targets for 167 yards while Odell Beckham Jr. drew shadow coverage from Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey.

Kenny Stills, WR, Houston Texans

Kenny Stills limped off the field with a hamstring injury during the first quarter on Sunday. He went to the locker room for additional evaluation. He was replaced by Keke Coutee in the slot, who could see increased targets if Stills’ injury persists.

Dontrelle Inman, WR, Los Angeles Chargers

Inman left Sunday’s game against the Dolphins with a quad injury during the fourth quarter. Prior to that, he caught five of his seven targets for 76 yards. If the quad issue forces Inman to miss time, Keenan Allen would have to shoulder a lot of targets since the Chargers are thin at the receiver position.

Sean Culkin, TE, Los Angeles Chargers

Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn said that Sean Culkin had suffered a torn achilles against the Dolphins and is out for the year. As more of a blocking tight end, Culkin’s absence should have minimal fantasy impact, but could mean more snaps for recently signed Lance Kendricks. This leaves the Chargers very lean at the position with Hunter Henry and Virgil Green out due to injuries as well.
