Robin Rene Roberts, commonly known as Robin Roberts, is a famous American journalist, television producer, as well as a broadcaster. To the public, Robin Roberts is perhaps best known as a presenter on the morning television show called “Good Morning America”. Created by Donald L. Perris and William F. Baker, the show has had a variety of presenters over the years, including Kevin Newman, Lara Spencer, Ginger Zee and Michael Strahan. Roberts joined the show in 2005, and has been working on it ever since. “Good Morning America” has received several awards, among which have been two Daytime Emmy Awards, as well as a nomination for GLAAD Media Award. In addition to that, Roberts started working on the “Good Morning America” morning show, although initially she had a minor role on the show. Over the years, Robin Roberts juggled both jobs, until in 2005 she received a promotion to co-host on “Good Morning America”. Aside from that, Roberts made appearances on the musical comedy series with Miley Cyrus, Emily Osment and Billy Ray Cyrus called “Hannah Montana”, and even hosted a pre-show for Academy Awards.

In regards to her personal life, Robin Roberts is currently in a relationship with a massage therapist Amber Laign. The couple have been together for nine years, since 2005.
